OpenMapi.org is online. Some documentation and some code samples are already available. We will release further components soon, starting with the Proxy Server and NMapi. Mission StatementOpenMapi.org is an effort supported by Wilken (Ulm), VIPcom GmbH (München), Zarafa (Delft) and Topalis AG (Stuttgart) to provide an open groupware API based on MAPI that supports a variety of backends (servers) and can be used to develop clients in many programming languages and on different operating systems. What is OpenMapi.org?OpenMapi.org is a set of libraries (for C#, Java PHP and Python) that implement a simple but powerful API to connect to different groupware servers. Additionally we also develop a modular open MAPI proxy server that provides common features like logging, load-balancing, etc. For developers of groupware-clients OpenMapi.org makes it possible to develop clients that can connect to different backend servers. |
